Through online investigation we have found the following resources that may be of assistance to anyone affected by this apparent scam.

RipOffReport.com filed by a lady called Beverly living in Jacksonville, Florida on 11 Aug 2008.

MerchantCircle.com has a comment from LGCollision in Glendale, Arizona on 07 Aug 2008.

If you have been affected by this we strongly urge you to review your financial records carefully, from reading the reports it seems that several charges of varying amounts are made over a period of weeks. If you find a charge that you did not authorize please contact your bank at the earliest available opportunity.
